Funeral and Sympathy Flowers
A tribute for a funeral service is arranged differently from a sympathy bouquet for the family, making the confirmed destination the first decision.
Some families arrange the flowers through funeral premises, a crematorium or another ceremony address. If the funeral includes a religious service, the supplied address may be crkva svetog Pelagija mučenika or Sv. Anton. Use a place of worship only when it appears in the family's confirmed arrangements.
When flowers are going to a cemetery, match the destination to the family's service information. The confirmed cemetery address may be Staro groblje. For a cemetery delivery, include the deceased's or family's name, service date and time, and a contact who can confirm where the tribute should arrive.
For condolences sent directly to the family, use the private address they provide. Any flowers tied to a timed service should be ordered well in advance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about delivery days, hours, coverage areas, and our policies to help you send flowers with confidence.
What if I notice an address mistake?
Add the corrected address as soon as possible. Whether it can be changed depends on the order's current preparation and delivery stage.
Is it best to add a telephone number for a home delivery?
Yes, when it may help with access. It should support the complete written address rather than replace any part of it.
Do I need a room number for a hotel bouquet?
No. If a room has not yet been assigned, use the booking name, arrival date and exact hotel address.
When sending flowers to Cittanova, how early should I order funeral flowers?
Add as early as practical. The exact product, preparation time, service location and receiving deadline all need confirmation.
For deliveries in Cittanova, can anniversary flowers go to a restaurant or hotel?
Yes, when that destination agrees to receive them. The order should show the booking name, start or arrival time and an on-site contact.
Should Cittanova stay in the delivery address?
Yes, when that is the place name used by the recipient. Record it with the street, property number and postcode.
